Job Title: Senior Account Executive, Software About the Role: As a Senior Account Executive at CART, you will be a key driver of our growth by identifying, engaging, and closing new business opportunities. You will work closely with the VP of Sales and other cross-functional teams to sell our suite of software solutions to high-potential clients. This role will require you to leverage your deep knowledge of software sales, including solution selling and account management, to build lasting relationships with clients and achieve sales targets. Responsibilities: * Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including lead generation, product demos, and contract negotiation. * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. * Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on software solutions. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure client success. * Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage the sales pipeline, and provide accurate sales forecasts. * Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to position our products effectively. * Present software solutions in a compelling way, addressing client needs and demonstrating the value of our offerings. * Negotiate and close complex deals with senior-level decision-makers. * Provide regular feedback to product and marketing teams based on customer needs and market insights. Requirements: * 7+ years of experience in software sales, specifically in Order Management and/or Warehouse Management software, with a focus on selling enterprise solutions in an early-stage business. * Experience working in the e-commerce, logistics, or supply chain industries. * Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. * Proven history of meeting and exceeding sales targets in an early-stage high-growth business environment. * Experience managing large, complex accounts and closing high-value deals. * Proficient in using CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot to manage sales pipelines and track performance.
