Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive new business opportunities.
  • Foster collaboration between CGM US and our customer base throughout the sales process.
  • Establish and execute annual business plans to meet assigned sales quotas.
  • Manage and facilitate various projects and add-on business from opportunity identification to solution adoption.
  • Drive sales growth by implementing marketing campaigns and coordinating escalated project or support issues.

Your Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in account management and customer relationship management is preferred.
  • Background in software vendor experience in healthcare information technology is a plus.
  • Familiarity with clinical laboratory software and/or billing software services is beneficial.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills are essential.
  • Understanding of hospital and patient care workflow is necessary.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific terms is required.
  • Ability to research and plan to bring added value to customers.
  • Must be able to carry credible conversations and explore strategic partnerships with customers.
  • Ability to creatively solve customer problems and leverage CGM US's resources and teams.
  • Associate's degree from an accredited university is required; Bachelor's degree from an accredited university is preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of industry experience in vendor or healthcare setting is necessary.
