We are looking for individuals who excel in fast-paced environments and possess a genuine passion for IT sales and customer engagement. Expected First-Year Earnings: $120,000.

Compensation:

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and nurture relationships with both new and existing clients through various communication channels.
  • Engage with a minimum of 10 decision-makers daily, ensuring a high volume of outreach.
  • Drive sales performance and meet established sales targets.
  • Utilize effective communication skills to identify and generate new business opportunities, referrals, and leads.
  • Become proficient in our CRM system to manage daily follow-ups and maintain client records.
  • Document customer interactions and technical issue resolutions within the CRM.
  • Prepare and negotiate pricing quotes.
  • Oversee the profitability and growth of your assigned accounts.
  • Mentor and manage a team of sales representatives.
  • Engage in lead management and generation activities.
  • Monitor daily activities and set follow-up tasks accordingly.
  • Collaborate with senior management to ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Demonstrate a willingness to reach out to executive management of public companies.
  • Deliver tailored presentations that address the specific needs of the audience.

Qualifications:
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

  • Knowledge of Data Communications & Telecommunications is advantageous.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Minimum of 3 years in Business-to-Business sales.
  • Experience in IT or Networking is preferred.
  • At least one year of relevant experience in the IT sector.
  • Associate's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Familiarity with hardware and software technologies.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA+, Network+, or similar are advantageous.
  • Strong work ethic with excellent prioritization skills.
  • Effective verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently or collaboratively.
  • Proficient in Windows OS and Microsoft Office Suite.
