Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Funeral Director and Location Manager in preserving company heritage and expanding market presence through community engagement.
  • Engage with families to provide compassionate assistance and support.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant professional, municipal, provincial/state, and federal regulations.
  • Facilitate aftercare services, including the delivery of essential documents and information regarding insurance and benefits.
  • Manage phone communications, prepare necessary reports, and participate in team meetings.
  • Utilize technology effectively during family interactions.
  • Proactively identify and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Analyze and interpret data to identify trends and insights.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to occasionally travel for business needs.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite.
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills.
  • Ability to listen attentively and communicate effectively with clients.
  • State Funeral Director License is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Compensation: Pay is set at $23 per hour, along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts with company contributions, sick leave, short-term and long-term disability, life insurance, and a 401(k) retirement savings plan with company match.
