Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Funeral Director and Location Manager in preserving heritage and expanding market presence through community engagement.
  • Engage with families to provide compassionate support and assistance.
  • Ensure compliance with all professional, municipal, provincial/state, and federal regulations.
  • Facilitate aftercare services, including the delivery of essential documents and information regarding insurance and benefits.
  • Manage phone communications, prepare necessary reports, and participate in team meetings.
  • Utilize technology effectively during family interactions.
  • Identify and resolve issues promptly.
  • Gather, analyze, and interpret data effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Must possess unrestricted authorization to work in the United States.
  • Willingness to commute occasionally as needed.
  • Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong administrative and customer service skills.
  • Ability to listen actively and communicate effectively with clients.
  • State Funeral Director License is preferred.
  • 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Compensation: $23 per hour
