Job Summary

We are seeking a Funeral Arranger to join our team in Oakland, CA. As a Funeral Arranger, you will be responsible for:

  • Assisting families in planning and arranging funeral services
  • Coordinating with funeral directors and location managers to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Ensuring adherence to all professional, municipal, provincial/state and federal licensing authority, regulations and applicable rules
  • Providing support to families and ensuring their needs are met
  • Identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner
  • Analyzing and trending data to improve service delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States
  • Excellent knowledge of Outlook and Microsoft Office
  • Excellent administrative and customer service skills
  • Ability to listen, understand and communicate solutions to customer issues
  • State Funeral Director License is highly desired
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related field

Location

This role is based in Oakland, CA, and requires occasional commuting as required.
