About the Field Service Operations Manager position at Danaher:

  • Oversee the daily management of the field technical team
  • Lead a group of Field Service Engineers
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective internal and external communication
  • Work collaboratively with sales to sustain existing business partnerships
  • Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of field service team operations

You will be an integral part of the team, reporting to the Senior Field Service Manager. If you thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced setting and aspire to contribute to the development of a premier Service organization, this opportunity is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct team meetings to address customer concerns and provide updates
  • Promote team growth through recruitment and employee development
  • Collaborate with various teams to improve customer support strategies
  • Prioritize prompt customer service with an emphasis on efficiency and compliance

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma with over 8 years of experience in equipment diagnostics and repair
  • Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience, or a Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel 25%-50% of the time

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Field Service Engineer at Beckman Coulter
  • Experience in a management role
  • Skills in troubleshooting and repairing medical laboratory instruments
  • Proficiency in office operations
