About the Field Service Team Leader position at Danaher:

  • Oversee the daily operations of the field technical staff
  • Manage a team of Field Service Technicians
  • Deliver outstanding customer service through effective internal and external communication
  • Work alongside sales teams to sustain existing business relationships
  • Ensure the efficiency and accuracy of field service team operations

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting team meetings to discuss customer concerns and team progress
  • Encouraging team growth through recruitment and professional development
  • Collaborating with various teams to improve customer support initiatives
  • Prioritizing timely customer service with an emphasis on efficiency and compliance

Job requirements:

  • High School Diploma with 8+ years of experience in equipment diagnostics and repair
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience
  • Valid driver's license
  • Willingness to travel 25%-50% of the time

Preferred qualifications:

  • Previous experience as a Field Service Technician at Danaher
  • Experience in a management role
  • Skills in troubleshooting and repairing medical laboratory instruments
  • Proficiency in office management
