Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all field operations within a designated geographical area.
  • Manage staffing levels to align with anticipated order volumes while adhering to our time service and quality benchmarks.
  • Develop and uphold comprehensive training programs and resources for staff.
  • Implement and enforce control policies to ensure accuracy, data security, and compliance with client specifications during inspection data collection.
  • Review time-service reports and make necessary adjustments to align with company standards.
  • Provide training on best practices for effective inspection management.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 2 years of experience managing inspectors, claims adjusters, or appraisers.
  • Experience in the Property and Casualty or property inspection sectors.
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Insurance, Construction Management, or a related field is advantageous.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
