Overview:
Velocity Tech Inc. is in search of a dedicated professional who can travel to various office locations to deliver on-site training sessions and also conduct virtual classes using Microsoft Teams. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality educational experiences to our clients.

Training Delivery: Utilizes diverse instructional methods to engage learners effectively; promotes competency-based education; actively seeks constructive feedback for continuous improvement.
Content Creation: Develops high-quality training materials efficiently with minimal revisions.
Effective Communication: Maintains regular and clear communication with learners and team leaders regarding assignments, timelines, and any potential issues.
Collaboration: Works cooperatively with team members and IT staff to achieve shared objectives; demonstrates a positive, team-oriented attitude.
Customer Engagement: Provides courteous and knowledgeable support to clients; ensures that IT needs are addressed promptly and effectively.
Results-Driven: Consistently meets performance goals and adheres to quality standards; maintains focus on achieving organizational objectives.
Organizational Skills: Plans and manages schedules and travel arrangements in advance; prioritizes tasks effectively.
Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as needed for on-site training sessions.
Responsibilities:
Adheres to the guidelines and objectives set by the team leader and IT management. Keeps the team leader informed of work schedules and any issues that may arise. Proactively communicates with management to address any challenges.
Maintains up-to-date knowledge of IT applications to effectively instruct learners. Coordinates training schedules with stakeholders and ensures that training environments are prepared in advance.
Conducts both virtual and in-person training sessions, ensuring a positive and engaging learning atmosphere. Completes necessary documentation related to attendance and performance within the Learning Management System (LMS).
Ensures compliance with travel policies and accurately submits expense reports. Reviews and updates training materials as necessary, participating in IT projects as required.
Required Qualifications:
5 years of experience with Microsoft Office and Office 365 applications.
Bachelor's degree in communications, education, IT, or a related field; or an Associate's degree with 2 years of IT experience; or IT certifications with 4 years of IT experience.
4 years of experience in IT training or related fields.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Willingness to travel within the designated area for training purposes.
Preferred Qualifications:
4 years of experience in developing training content for IT applications.
2 years of experience in instructional design and multimedia content creation.
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Captivate, TechSmith Camtasia, and Articulate 360/Storyline.
Experience with Microsoft Teams and maintaining training records within an LMS.
Additional Skills:
Knowledge of Oracle LMS/Workday LMS and familiarity with ServiceNow is a plus.
