Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts to create engaging and effective learning content
  • Project manage design phases, including prototyping, testing, and publishing
  • Focus on rapid content development and efficient learning solutions
  • Proactively communicate task and project status to internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in needs analysis to determine training needs within the curricula
  • Research, recommend, and implement creative learning experiences
  • Focus on quality, branding, attention to detail, and user experience
  • Develop and review videos, eLearning, blended learning, and virtual training programs
  • Collaborate with multimedia team to create or modify media assets to support instructional needs
  • Develop eLearning, videos, instructor-led, blended learning, and virtual training curriculums
  • Conduct peer review and QA of deliverables
  • Work with Implementation Administrator to manage deliverables through
  • Design, develop, and conduct assessments and evaluations
  • Analyze assessment and evaluation results to drive design/development improvements
  • Drive and implement instructional design methodologies across projects and deliverables
  • Partner with internal and external teams to drive content improvements
  • Research, recommend, and manage third-party training solutions

Requirements

  • Minimum 3-5 years of relevant professional experience
  • Comprehensive e-learning, on-demand, and rapid development and design skills
  • Strong knowledge of adult learning theory and its application to learning solutions
  • Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Experience working with SMEs in a team environment
  • Experience working with a learning management system (LMS)
  • Ability to self-manage multiple development projects and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and branding standards
  • Ability to define and document process
  • Ability to manage large strategic projects
  • Ability to foster and create strong working relationships
  • Ability to coach and provide feedback
  • Ability to design with visual quality and positive user experience
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team setting

Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in biotech or medical device organization
  • Curriculum Development or Instructional Design/Technology master's degree
  • Smartsheet proficiency
  • Xmind proficiency
  • Adobe Premier Pro and After Effects proficiencies

Working Conditions

This is a contract-based position.
