Travel Requirements: Frequent travel to various locations for training sessions.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver comprehensive IT training to adult learners on proprietary and commercially available software applications.
  • Collaborate with users to assess training needs and develop tailored training programs.
  • Manage training schedules and course offerings within the Learning Management System.
  • Facilitate both in-person and virtual training sessions, ensuring a high-quality learning experience.
  • Gather and analyze feedback to enhance training effectiveness and address user needs.
  • Create and maintain training materials, including presentations, guides, and instructional videos.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure training content is relevant and up-to-date.

This position is integral to the IT Training Team, which consists of trainers and instructional designers dedicated to enhancing user knowledge across various applications. The role requires a proactive approach to training delivery and a commitment to continuous improvement in educational practices.
