About the Role

HNTB is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Strategist III to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing group, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proposal Development: Coordinate and lead the development of high-quality proposals and qualification packages that showcase our company's expertise and capabilities.
  • Business Intelligence: Conduct research and analysis to identify business opportunities and develop strategic plans to pursue them.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical staff, to develop and execute sales strategies.
  • Client Service: Support client service teams by preparing materials for internal and external meetings, and participating in client service team meetings.
  • Public Relations: Coordinate division public relations activities, including creating press releases and announcements, writing articles for our newsletter, and coordinating project awards and other special PR-related projects.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 4 years of relevant experience, or 8 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SharePoint, and other communications-related software programs. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage with all levels of pursuit management.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Proposal Process: Ability to follow the established proposal process, working directly with senior-level technical staff to prepare proposal materials.
  • Organizational Skills: Very organized and able to work on multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Collaboration: Collaborative and positive, able to work in a team setting.
  • Quality Focus: Focused on quality and takes pride in a successfully delivered product/assignment.
