  • Oversee reporting on all client channels, ensuring timely delivery to all stakeholders, tracking approvals, and final reports.
  • Provide analysis and insights to inform strategy and activation for community management teams.
  • Innovate and implement original engagement tactics in collaboration with account, content, and creative teams.
  • Stay updated on emerging social media platforms and first-to-market opportunities.

Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a Social Media Strategist, Social Content Strategist, or Community Manager role within a Digital Agency or Digital Strategy capacity.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or Public Relations.
  • Exceptional communication and grammar skills; detail-oriented in both online and offline contexts.
  • Familiarity with technology brands and solutions.

This role is pivotal in shaping the social media landscape for our clients, ensuring that their messaging resonates and engages effectively with their target audiences.
