Role Overview:
The Social Media Strategist will play a vital role in enhancing and innovating social media marketing strategies to support client branding goals. This position involves collaboration with the Social Media Manager, Coordinator, and other team members to ensure timely and effective execution of daily program requirements and achievement of objectives. Additionally, the strategist will be responsible for reporting on any challenges, successes, and key insights throughout client campaigns.

As our Content department expands, any additional responsibilities deemed essential by the candidate to enhance the impact and reputation of the client, social media team, and themselves should be discussed with management and integrated into the official job responsibilities during performance evaluations:

  • Manage social media strategy planning and execution for clients
  • Collaborate with the Content team and Social Media Manager to ensure a cohesive approach across various accounts
  • Engage with different Media teams to incorporate social sensibility into various media components
  • Build strong relationships with key social platforms and technologies to support client objectives
  • Provide regular performance reports on all client channels to stakeholders and track approval progress
  • Offer analysis and insights for strategy development
  • Create and implement innovative engagement strategies in collaboration with account, content, and creative teams
  • Stay informed about new social media platforms and emerging opportunities in the market

Qualifications:
- 4-6 years of experience as a Social Media Strategist, Social Content Strategist, or Community Manager in a Digital Agency or Digital Strategy role
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising, journalism, or public relations
- Exceptional communication and grammar skills; detail-oriented in both online and offline contexts
- Familiarity with technology brands and solutions
- Awareness of current trends and ability to effectively engage with target audiences to grow followers and reach
