Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Project Strategist at Bohler Engineering, you will:
  • Receive the infrastructure and support to effectively manage your client portfolio with an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Develop and nurture both your personal brand and the Bohler brand through your engagement in the local market.
  • Act as the primary coordinator in guiding the direction and scope of your clients' projects.
  • Mentor, train, and cultivate your team of Assistant Project Managers and designers.
  • Encourage and empower your team to achieve new levels of success, providing them with opportunities for career advancement.
  • Serve as a true business partner to your clients, understanding their needs and offering your team's technical expertise to help them meet their development objectives.
  • Represent your clients during key project milestones, including public presentations and hearings.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license.
  • A proven track record of building, motivating, and leading high-performance site design teams.
  • Experience in nurturing and developing client relationships while delivering exceptional service.
