POSITION SUMMARY:


The Strategic Human Resources Partner acts as a vital consultant to management and staff regarding employee and labor relations matters, serving as the primary connection between the Human Resources Department and the designated clients or customers.

This role is pivotal in influencing both employee and leadership behaviors to align with the organization's strategic objectives and vision.

Collaborating with various Human Resources divisions, this position ensures the delivery of timely and value-added services to management and employees, thereby supporting the business goals and cultural initiatives of the organization.


EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree is mandatory. A degree in Human Resources Management, Business, or Human Services is preferred. PHR/SPHR certification is advantageous.

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE:
A minimum of five to seven years in a Human Resources professional capacity is essential. A proven history of resolving intricate employee relations challenges is required. Significant leadership experience with Human Resources responsibilities may be considered in lieu of specific years in a dedicated HR role.
