Job Summary:

We're looking for a seasoned operations expert to lead our team in strategic planning, cross-functional project management, and process improvement. As an Executive Director of Operations, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing organizational strategies, overseeing key initiatives, and ensuring seamless communication between departments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning and Execution:
    • Collaborate with the CEO and executive team to develop and implement organizational strategies aligned with our mission
    • Oversee cross-functional projects, ensuring they contribute to our goal of improving healthcare through conversations
    • Monitor progress on key initiatives and provide regular updates to leadership, embodying our value of clear communication
  • Communication and Liaison:
    • Facilitate transparent and frequent communication between the CEO, executive team, and staff
    • Act as a bridge between departments, fostering collaboration and resolving conflicts with empathy and authenticity
    • Prepare and deliver articulate and concise presentations to internal and external stakeholders
  • Operational Efficiency:
    • Identify opportunities for process improvement, constantly reinventing our approaches to stay agile
    • Assist the CEO in prioritizing commitments and maximizing productivity
    • Coordinate and lead executive team meetings, ensuring follow-through on action items and applying the 1:3:1 principle
  • Problem-Solving and Decision Support:
    • Analyze complex issues and provide data-driven recommendations to the CEO, always acting with integrity
    • Conduct research on healthcare industry trends and competitive landscape
    • Support the CEO in making informed decisions by gathering and synthesizing relevant information
  • Culture and Values Champion:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior management or consulting role, preferably in healthcare or technology
  • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
  • Proven track record of project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Passion for improving healthcare through innovative communication solutions
