Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Youth Dynamics. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an organization-wide hiring strategy, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Hiring
- Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews
- Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
- Onboarding and Training
- Design and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure new hires have a positive and productive experience
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing staff
- HR Administration
- Manage HR systems and processes, including employee data, benefits, and performance management
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws, and workers' compensation laws
- Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field
- Skills and Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
