Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team at Youth Dynamics. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing an organization-wide hiring strategy, managing the recruitment process, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment strategy to attract top talent
    • Manage the entire recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening applicants, and conducting interviews
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process
  • Onboarding and Training
    • Design and implement an effective onboarding program to ensure new hires have a positive and productive experience
    • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing staff
  • HR Administration
    • Manage HR systems and processes, including employee data, benefits, and performance management
    • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations, including labor laws, equal employment opportunity laws, and workers' compensation laws
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, recruitment, or a related field
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
