Service Coordination Specialist

The Service Dispatcher plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient operation of our service department. This position involves managing communication with customers and technicians, as well as organizing daily work schedules.
Key Responsibilities:- Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, to schedule and confirm service appointments.
- Organize daily workflows by processing correspondence, gathering customer information, and assigning tasks effectively.
- Maintain the department's calendar, coordinating meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for personnel.
- Assign and oversee daily work orders for technicians, ensuring clarity on project scope and timelines.
- Follow established scheduling protocols and prioritize work orders to optimize service delivery.
- Reconcile technician expenses with corresponding work orders post-project completion.
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service.
- At least 1 year of experience in workforce scheduling.
- 6 months of experience in customer support via phone and email.
- Experience in the HVAC sector.
- Familiarity with scheduling field service technicians.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
