- Maintain the department's schedule by managing calendars for personnel and coordinating meetings and travel arrangements.
- Assign and schedule daily work orders for technicians, ensuring clarity on the scope of work and timeframes.
- Follow established scheduling protocols and prioritize work orders effectively.
- Reconcile technician expenses with corresponding work orders post-project completion.
- High School diploma or GED is required.
- A valid Driver's License is necessary.
- Minimum of 2 years in customer service roles.
- At least 1 year of experience in workforce scheduling.
- 6 months of experience in customer support via phone and email.
- Experience in the HVAC sector.
- Familiarity with scheduling field service technicians.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of SAP and Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
