Job Overview:

We are in search of a proactive and skilled Life Sciences Recruiter. The successful candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of the life sciences domain and excel in sourcing exceptional talent for diverse roles within this field. You will oversee the complete recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and evaluation to interview facilitation and offer negotiation.

Key Duties:

  • Talent Acquisition: Leverage various platforms, including job boards, social media, and professional networks, to identify and connect with high-caliber candidates in the life sciences arena.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Perform detailed resume assessments, conduct preliminary phone interviews, and facilitate initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experiences, and alignment with company culture.
  • Client Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to gain insights into their staffing requirements and offer strategic guidance on recruitment methodologies and candidate selection.
  • Candidate Pipeline Development: Establish and sustain a pool of qualified candidates for both immediate and future hiring needs.
  • Interview Management: Organize and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
  • Offer Negotiation: Manage the offer process, including discussions on compensation, benefits, and contract terms.
  • Market Awareness: Remain informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to provide valuable insights and recommendations to hiring teams.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices comply with organizational policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.
  • Performance Reporting: Deliver regular updates and analytics on recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate satisfaction levels.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Life Sciences, or a related discipline.
  • Experience: Demonstrated experience in recruitment, particularly within the life sciences sector. Strong familiarity with industry-specific roles and qualifications.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
  • Proficient in recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Strong negotiation and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in a life sciences organization or specialized recruitment agency is advantageous.
