Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a crucial role in managing the complete recruitment cycle. This includes crafting job descriptions, posting vacancies, conducting interviews, and selecting the most suitable candidates for our organization.
Compensation
The salary for this role ranges from $60,000 to $70,000 annually, based on experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact throughout the hiring process, which encompasses strategic candidate sourcing, applicant tracking, initial screenings, interview coordination, resume evaluation, and communication with both hiring managers and candidates.
- Align current staffing levels with organizational growth and forecast future hiring needs.
- Utilize applicant tracking systems (ATS), HRIS, and recruitment marketing tools effectively.
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing methodologies to identify top talent.
- Collaborate with leadership and hiring managers to refine job descriptions and requisitions.
- Exhibit strong interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills with a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with exceptional organizational skills.
- Take initiative and ownership of tasks, ensuring they are completed efficiently.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in business or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, particularly in an internal capacity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems, including UKG/UltiPro.
Preferred:
- SHRM certification.
