Laboratory Science Specialist

Position Type: Full-time

Incentive: $10,000 Sign-on Bonus

Under the oversight of the Administrative Director of the Laboratory, the incumbent will conduct precise evaluations of laboratory samples.

The candidate must exhibit a significant level of expertise and comprehension in laboratory protocols within one or more divisions of the Pathology Department or show proficiency across three or more divisions, thereby enhancing quality patient care and diagnostic accuracy.


Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science (Chemistry, Microbiology, Physics, Biology) or a related life science

- California Clinical Laboratory Scientist License required upon hire

- Experience in a hospital laboratory setting is preferred
