About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Vascular Territory Manager to join our team at BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company). The successful candidate will be responsible for growing both clinical and economic value of our vascular product portfolio in their assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver on sales and revenue goals set forth by management
  • Develop key accounts based upon market opportunity and customer needs
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure delivery on business objectives
  • Achieve and maintain a high level of product and therapeutic segment knowledge
  • Ensure adherence to all BD policies and procedures as well as compliance with industry regulations and laws
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience required
  • Prior experience working in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries highly preferred
  • Demonstrated track record of success in sales and/or marketing in a medical device or pharmaceutical environment
