Sales and Business Development Representative

As a Sales and Business Development Representative at Paycom, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities. With a strong focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction, you will be responsible for selling our human capital management technology products and services to clients in an assigned region.
Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calls, referrals, and other prospecting activities.
- Build and maintain relationships with decision-makers and C-level executives within assigned territories.
- Cultivate a consistent sales pipeline to meet or exceed quarterly sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a competitive environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Benefits
- $100,000 per annum salary, consisting of $80,000 base pay and $20,000 supplemental pay.
