Business Development Manager

Job Summary
At EarthFresh Foods, Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing new and existing business accounts, securing customer relationships, and executing various duties to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve sales performance targets by developing and maintaining high-level relationships with key customers.
- Develop strong proficiency with our ERP system to streamline order management and improve customer experience.
- Work closely with the procurement team and logistics to ensure timely delivery of customer orders.
- Develop expert knowledge in the potato commodity for retail and/or food service to provide valuable insights to customers.
- Communicate effectively with customers on order status, price changes, and product discrepancies.
- Prospect and acquire new business opportunities to drive sales growth.
- Penetrate existing accounts to increase sales revenue.
- Represent EarthFresh Foods, Inc. professionally within the produce industry.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in business or a relevant field of study.
- 3-5 years of customer service/sales/account management experience.
- Retail and/or food service experience.
- Proficient in MS Office and advanced Excel skills.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and detail-oriented.
- Self-motivated and flexible in working hours and travel.
