Job Summary

Job Title: Hourly Shift Supervisor

Job Summary: As a key member of our team, the Hourly Shift Supervisor will be responsible for leading and directing the activities of associates during a specific shift. This role will oversee that assigned job expectations are completed while maintaining policy and procedure.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Training: Provide training and create work schedules to ensure associates are equipped to perform their duties effectively.
  • Performance Evaluation: Evaluate the performance of workers, recognizing high performers and addressing underperformance through coaching and development.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare production or sales reports for management, ensuring the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
  • Employee Relations: Act as the primary contact for employees with complaints or requests for time off, providing support and guidance as needed.
  • Mentorship and Development: May act as a mentor, develop employees, and encourage workers to set goals and strive for advancement within the organization.
  • Additional Duties: Perform other duties as assigned by management.
