About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team at Michael Page. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Account Management: Manage a portfolio of clients, develop and implement account plans to drive revenue growth and retention.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies, identify new business opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
  • Performance Metrics: Track and analyze key performance metrics, including sales revenue, customer acquisition, and retention rates.
Requirements
  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
