About the RoleThe Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and managing client relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve personal sales targets and contribute to the overall sales growth of the company
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and other forms of prospecting
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Conduct market research and analyze data to identify new business opportunities and trends
- Assist in the development of sales proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and business development efforts
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business, marketing, or sales
- 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the facilities management or operations and maintenance industry
- Strong customer presentation skills and a demonstrated sales aptitude
- Experience in developing technical and cost proposals
- A valid driver's license and the ability to travel for work
We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
- A base salary range of $85,000-$120,000, dependent on industry experience
- Additional commission potential ranging from $20k-$30k+ in year 1 (growing YOY)
