Position Overview
As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist at FTI Consulting, you will play a pivotal role in managing the complete recruitment cycle across various business sectors.

This position is tailored for a seasoned recruiter eager to tackle the complexities of sourcing and attracting diverse skill sets across multiple domains.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring leaders in a dynamic recruiting environment to devise effective hiring strategies.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods to identify and engage qualified candidates.
- Conduct candidate screenings and present top profiles to recruiters and hiring managers.
- Develop and maintain strategic candidate pipelines for current and future opportunities.
- Keep applicant tracking systems and CRM updated with candidate information.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
- Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in candidate sourcing.

Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in full-cycle recruiting for experienced hires.
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis; visa sponsorship is not available.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in consulting or professional services within a complex organizational structure.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and CRM tools.
- Proficient in utilizing LinkedIn and other sourcing methods.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to facilitate collaboration across diverse teams.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and work independently.
