Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our urgent care site. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth delivery of high-quality patient care, managing site staff, and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee site operations, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and experience
  • Collaborate with the HR team to manage employee relations, performance evaluations, and development plans
  • Monitor and control site expenses, ensuring compliance with budget guidelines
  • Partner with corporate departments to resolve operational and patient issues
  • Collect and analyze business metrics, including wait times, provider productivity, and patient satisfaction
Requirements
  • 2+ years of management experience in a healthcare setting
  • Bachelor's degree in management, business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • Exceptional communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Good computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
  • Bilingual language skills preferred (dependent on site location)
