Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Manager to join our team at Swipejobs. As a Site Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our site, ensuring that all procedures are followed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Recruitment and Hiring: Responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring all employees, including working with multiple shifts and volumes of employees.
  • Candidate Management: Create and manage a digital pool of qualified candidates for hiring through our digital marketplace.
  • Job Board Management: Responsible for creating and maintaining job board ads and social media posts to attract top talent.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Review digital marketplace dashboard analytics and employee onboarding to ensure seamless integration.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate electronic records for all employees, including prompt transfer of assignments or end assignments in our digital system.
  • Employee Relations: Work daily with production managers and supervisors to ensure a positive and productive work environment.
  • Payroll and Invoicing: Responsible for accuracy of time submitted for, processing, and distribution of payroll, as well as working with our payroll department on weekly payroll check creation and customer invoices.
  • Culture and Safety: Manage a culture of quality, continuous improvement, and safety in the workforce, including managing any injuries, violations of policy, coaching, discipline, or termination of employees.
  • Attendance and Performance: Manage records of attendance, performance, and warning employees of performance problems, as well as responsible for all reprimands and termination of employees.
  • Client Relations: Maintain a positive and successful relationship with our clients in problem-solving staffing situations.
  • Inventory Management: Keep inventory of drug tests and safety supplies, as well as create badges and distribute safety equipment when applicable.
  • Client Orientations: Communicate with clients who will be arriving for orientations and conduct client-specific orientations.
  • Incident Reporting: Conduct one safety walkthrough per shift, per day, and coordinate and complete investigations into incidents, accidents, or issues timely and accurately consistent with our Injury & Illness Prevention Program (IIPP).
  • OSHA and Labor Law Compliance: Communicate all OSHA/Labor Law changes for your area to the appropriate staff and ensure all signage is correct and up-to-date.
Requirements
  • Bilingual: Bilingual in English and Spanish, with Haitian Creole or French being a plus.
  • Administrative Skills: Strong administrative skills using Excel, Word, and any written communication.
  • Collaboration: Ability to collaborate with production associates and client account leaders.
  • Time Management: Time management skills, including the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities under pressure.
  • Customer Orientation: Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • High Performance: High performance and a strong team player with a commitment to company values.
  • Detailed Oriented: Detailed orientated and able to work in a kitchen environment (will need to wear non-slip shoes, black shirt, and black pants).
Education and Experience

High School Education or equivalent required. 2 years' experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Customer Service, or Staffing preferred. Kitchen Environment experience preferred.
