Lead Luxury Client Consultant

We are in search of a distinguished Lead Luxury Client Consultant who possesses a well-established client network and has 3-5 years of experience in Luxury Retail with a reputable brand.
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Lead Luxury Client Consultant (LLCC) represents the pinnacle of sales performance within the store. LLCCs are adept at building relationships and possess exceptional commercial acumen, guiding clients through the essence of the brand's heritage and values. They develop a profound understanding of client needs and lifestyles, fostering long-term value for both clients and the organization. The LLCC is dedicated to achieving personal and team objectives and may occasionally take on the role of Manager on Duty (MOD). This position involves mentoring and guiding the sales team, sharing expertise while ensuring adherence to operational standards, including floor management. The LLCC's primary focus is on driving sales rather than performance management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Foster client engagement and consistently uphold Dolce & Gabbana's Sales and Service standards Surpass individual and store sales targets, including KPIs such as Consignment, Appointments, Repurchase Rate, UPT, conversion, and data collection/enrichment, by delivering exceptional customer service and sales quality Enhance team performance by serving as a mentor and coach, sharing insights, information, and best practices with less experienced colleagues Gather and analyze client information to understand and meet their needs, building relationships and personalizing future development opportunities Cultivate and maintain enduring client relationships through the company's clienteling initiatives Drive business growth through proactive client outreach and appointment scheduling Attract new clientele by serving as a Brand Ambassador and engaging in community networking Interact professionally with all levels of Management and Corporate representatives Provide insights to clients on current fashion trends and developments in the luxury market, enhancing their understanding of the brand's history, values, collection offerings, and product features Supervise the sales floor, stepping in as MOD when necessary Oversee opening and closing procedures, including holding store keys as required Support and uphold the company's visual merchandising standards Assist in inventory preparation and execution Collaborate with all store teams to maintain a professional and productive work environment Additional responsibilities as assignedREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
3-5 years of experience in sales roles within Luxury Retail Proven exceptional client service skills and a strong commercial mindset Experience in training and coaching individuals in both professional and informal settings Ability to drive results through collaboration with others Proficient in computer applications (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook) Capability to communicate and analyze business needs/trends with senior leadership Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment High degree of flexibility and ability to cater to diverse customer needs Willingness to work a flexible schedule based on business requirements, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysThe hourly compensation for this role ranges from $25 to $27. Additionally, we provide access to a comprehensive benefits program that includes medical, dental, vision, life & disability insurances, a 401(k) plan, FSA plans, and more. Total compensation is determined by factors such as educational background, professional experience, and industry knowledge.
