Key Responsibilities

  • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs as set by management to contribute to overall store performance.
  • Restock merchandise on the sales floor in accordance with company standards while adhering to visual merchandising guidelines.
  • Assist in inventory management and merchandising tasks, ensuring the sales area is organized, clean, and well-stocked.
  • Process customer transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Adhere to all sales-related policies and procedures.
  • Handle merchandise unpacking, display, and security tagging as necessary.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service in line with the company's customer experience protocols.
  • Maintain and enhance the store's client book for effective follow-up and relationship management.

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of experience in luxury fashion retail.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Results-driven with a strong motivation to learn and grow.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A genuine passion for fashion.
