Your Role

As a Luxury Beauty Consultant, you will spearhead the Beauty Sales initiative by assisting Neiman Marcus clientele, focusing primarily on the designated vendor line while addressing their needs throughout the Beauty Department and Store. You will operate on-site in your designated location and report directly to the Beauty Sales Manager.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently assist customers with a focus on the designated vendor line and throughout the Beauty Department and Store.
  • Provide support to fellow team members with product expertise and closing sales when necessary.
  • Foster customer relationships by delivering exceptional service as the beauty authority and store representative.
  • Leverage technology tools to establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Engage with the Sales Manager and vendor regarding customer insights on products.
  • Uphold visual standards of the store and vendor, collaborating with the visual team as required.
  • Enhance relationships to ensure effective event planning and execution.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in developing a clientele base and possessing strong sales, customer service, merchandising, and organizational skills.
  • Experience in product knowledge and consultation is essential.
  • Driven with a proven track record of setting and achieving sales objectives.
  • Skilled in utilizing technology and experienced in selling to clients through digital platforms.
  • Open to working a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
