Candidate Profile

You appreciate the art of the sale, demonstrating patience and thoughtfulness in your communication.

Your goal is to create memorable experiences for clients.

You thrive in a brand environment and are committed to upholding brand standards and language.

You possess the ability to enhance the shopping experience by asking insightful questions and anticipating client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Conducting individual client appointments with a strong closing rate.

Maintaining the aesthetic and organization of the store and brand.

Availability for weekend shifts is essential.

Ensuring that all business operations prioritize the Sarah Seven client experience.

Meeting and exceeding sales goals.

Compensation and Benefits

Hourly pay plus commission. Health care and 401k options available after a review period.
