The Purpose of Your Role:

This is a critical role to the Workplace Employer Marketing Acquisition and Channel Marketing team. As a Senior Marketing Manager, Channel + Content Marketing, you will:

  • Collaborate across the Employer Marketing B2B team supporting the LinkedIn social and paid media strategy, web-based and in-person events, and digital content programs, driving execution and helping to optimize outcomes
  • Support the execution of our industry-leading web-based events and signature in-person events
  • Thread the needle of connecting data across all executions to better support our acquisition efforts and clients

  • Supporting the design of enticing, effortless, and memorable customer experiences and favorable interactions with Fidelity
