The Role

As a Senior Manager, Investment Product, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that the CRG Group has the necessary product and technology expertise to execute on its business goals. Your primary focus will be to collaborate with the Product & Practice Consulting, Product Management team, and Technology and Platform consulting teams to develop training curriculums for CRG associates. Your ability to be proactive, anticipate business needs, build productive relationships, communicate effectively, and project manage will be critical to your success in this role.

We seek an individual who is passionate about developing and delivering impactful and innovative learning solutions that drive sales and increase associate skill sets. This person will be a strong, self-directed leader who can support comprehensive projects that impact the CRG organization. Additionally, this role will be responsible for reinforcing existing knowledge and skills. Alignment with business unit goals, a focus on building scalable solutions, and a commitment to measurement are essential components of this role.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring

  • 2-5 years of experience in the financial services industry
  • A track record of success managing competing projects and initiatives, prioritizing resources and time effectively
  • The ability to communicate effectively, influence, and navigate complex organizations
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent presentation skills, as well as solid written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple tasks within tight time constraints
  • A true team player who is always willing to pitch in to drive success across the organization
  • FINRA Series 7 and 63 required or obtained within 90 days

The Team

The Sales/RM Learning and Engagement team is instrumental in ensuring that the Fidelity Institutional Client Relationship Group has the knowledge and skills necessary to execute on its business goals. Our primary focus is supporting the organization from a sales training perspective. We anticipate business needs and build scalable solutions to enable our sales and relationship management teams.
