The Role

Are you passionate about harnessing the power of data-driven marketing to drive business growth? As a Senior Manager of Predictive Marketing at Fidelity Investments, you will be at the forefront of developing and implementing innovative marketing strategies that leverage customer data, behavior, and AI insights.

In this high-energy role, you will collaborate with a cross-functional team of product marketers, segment marketers, digital marketers, and advanced analytics professionals to deliver personalized content to financial advisors at critical points in their buying journey.



The Expertise and Skills You Bring
  • Marketing Expertise: 5+ years in marketing, with a focus on digital and product marketing.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management tools.

The Team

Join a team that is as curious and passionate about data-driven marketing as you are. The FI Digital Engagement team is looking for a data-savvy marketer with a strong background in digital marketing, product marketing, or digital sales. You will thrive in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment where your responsibilities will include analyzing data, identifying predictive marketing opportunities, and developing comprehensive marketing plans.

You will work closely with marketing, sales, and advanced analytics counterparts to coordinate content, technology integration, messaging, and outcome measurement.
