As a Behavior Technician (RBT), you will play a vital role in delivering individualized ABA therapy to clients with neurodivergent conditions and behavioral challenges.

Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must:
  • Hold a completed Bachelor's Degree or possess RBT Certification.
  • Be available Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM.
  • Commit to a consistent schedule with clients.
  • Be fluent in English; bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
  • Demonstrate strong communication and documentation skills.
  • Bring an upbeat and creative attitude to engage clients through play-based therapy.
  • Exhibit patience and passion for serving clients with diverse abilities.
  • Meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting children up to 30 lbs and engaging in various physical activities.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will:
  • Implement ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Provide direct care to clients in a one-on-one setting.
  • Collaborate with clients and families to execute treatment plans.
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions as required.
  • Accurately collect and document daily data.

Employment Conditions

Successful candidates must:
  • Obtain and maintain criminal record clearance.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
  • Complete all required training.
  • Pass health screenings and obtain necessary vaccinations.
  • Maintain CPR certification.
  • Have the following immunizations: Rubella, Rubeola, Mumps, Varicella, Hepatitis B, Pertussis, and clear TB testing.
