This part-time position offers an hourly rate of $27 - $28, and we welcome candidates with a completed Bachelor's degree or RBT certification.

Requirements:
To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:
- Possess a completed Bachelor's Degree or RBT Certification.
- Availability during weekday evenings.
- Commitment to a consistent schedule with clients.
- Fluency in English; bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Ability to engage clients through play-based therapy with creativity and enthusiasm.
- Physical capability to meet job demands, including lifting children and engaging in active play.
Roles and Responsibilities:
As an RBT, your key responsibilities will include:
- Implementing ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
- Providing direct care to clients in a one-on-one setting.
- Collaborating with clients and families to ensure effective treatment.
- Participating in staff meetings and training sessions.
- Maintaining accurate and timely data collection.
Conditions of Employment:
Successful candidates must be able to:
- Obtain and maintain criminal record clearance.
- Hold a valid driver's license and have access to a personal vehicle.
- Comply with all relevant laws and regulations, including HIPAA.
- Complete required training and health screenings.
- Maintain CPR certification.
Immunization Requirements:
Candidates must have the following immunizations:
- Rubella (2-series)
- Rubeola (2-series)
- Mumps (2-series)
- Varicella (2-series)
- Hepatitis B (3-series, declination acceptable)
- Pertussis (Tdap, declination acceptable)
- Clearance for Tuberculosis (TB)
