Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree or RBT Certification is mandatory.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM.
  • Commitment to maintaining a consistent schedule with clients.
  • Fluency in English is required; bilingual candidates (Spanish preferred) are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills.
  • A positive and creative approach to engaging clients through play-based therapy.
  • Ability to meet the physical demands of the job, including lifting children up to 30 lbs and being active throughout the day.

Key Responsibilities

In this role, you will be responsible for:
  • Implementing ABA treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
  • Providing direct care to clients in a one-on-one setting within their homes.
  • Collaborating with clients and their families to execute treatment plans effectively.
  • Participating in staff meetings, training sessions, and other required gatherings.
  • Completing daily data collection accurately and promptly.

Employment Conditions

Candidates must be able to:
  • Obtain and maintain criminal record clearance through the Department of Justice.
  • Possess a valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and proof of auto insurance.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, including HIPAA regulations.
  • Attend all required training sessions.
  • Pass health screenings and obtain necessary vaccinations as per company policy.
  • Maintain a valid CPR certification.
  • Provide proof of required immunizations.
