Job Overview

Salary: $19 - $25 per hour

Go Behavioral LLC is dedicated to providing tailored Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs and services to children and families throughout California and Central Florida. Our initiatives are designed to equip children with essential skills for leading fulfilling and successful lives. We also provide a comprehensive array of services, including training, resources, and coordinated support to assist families in their journey.

We are currently looking for a Behavior Assistant / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to become part of our Fresno division. Positions are available for 15 to 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options from 7:30 AM to 7:30 PM. Candidates must be available for at least five days during the hours of 3:30 PM to 7:30 PM.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma and a minimum age of 18 years
  • Bachelor's degree or nearing completion is preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities

Behavior Technician (RBT) Requirements:

  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with diverse populations
  • Experience in applied settings with individuals on the autism spectrum or other developmental disabilities is preferred
  • Successful completion of a level-two background check
  • Bilingual candidates are preferred
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, car insurance, and a clean driving record
  • COVID-19 vaccination is required
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and to stand, sit, or kneel for extended periods

Key Responsibilities:

  • As a Behavior Assistant / Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will provide one-on-one support to children, adolescents, and young adults with autism spectrum disorders in various settings, including homes, schools, and community environments.
  • Implement behavior treatment plans aimed at reducing challenging behaviors.
  • Collaborate closely with parents and family members of assigned clients.
  • Exhibit a strong interest and commitment to the science of human behavior and the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks while exercising sound judgment.
