Behavioral Support Specialists receive thorough training in Applied Behavior Analysis techniques aimed at minimizing behavioral outbursts and enhancing essential skills such as communication, play, social interaction, and self-care. We pride ourselves on fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment, seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to our passionate team.
This position is part-time, requiring 15-20 hours weekly. Each session lasts approximately 3 hours, with multiple shifts available.
While bilingual proficiency in Spanish is advantageous, it is not a prerequisite. We are looking for empathetic and engaging individuals who genuinely enjoy working with children in a home environment. A passion for supporting children is essential.
Applicants must possess at least a high school diploma and successfully complete a background check.
