Position Summary

As a Bilingual Support Specialist, you will work with families seeking assistance, providing culturally competent and trauma-informed services. Your responsibilities will include conducting thorough assessments and maintaining detailed records in the case management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct intake assessments and provide ongoing support to families.
  • Facilitate access to essential services such as healthcare, legal aid, and educational resources.
  • Monitor client progress and adapt support strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with community organizations to enhance service delivery.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in social work or a related discipline, or equivalent experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency, preferably in Spanish and English.
  • Experience in case management with a focus on trauma-affected individuals.
  • Skills in crisis intervention and conflict resolution.
  • Familiarity with immigration processes and child welfare systems.
  • Strong organizational abilities and adaptability in fast-paced environments.
  • Proficient in computer applications, with experience in case management software being advantageous.
