Influencer Marketing Role

Roc Nation is seeking an experienced professional to lead influencer partnerships and campaigns to amplify the reach of our artists and music projects.

This position reports to both the President of Distribution and Vice President of Digital Marketing & Strategy and serves as a key member of the Roc Nation digital team servicing Distribution clients.

The ideal candidate will design and execute influencer strategies to promote Roc Nation's artists and music projects, focusing on driving organic engagement across platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube through both paid and organic influencer partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, music influencers, and talent agencies.
  • Identify creators with a strong cultural fit for our artists, overseeing collaborations that align with album releases, singles, and music video launches.
  • Oversee the day-to-day management of influencer campaigns, from briefing influencers on deliverables to managing timelines and ensuring successful execution.
  • Track influencer campaigns, monitor key performance metrics, and generate reports on campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a significant portion of that experience within the entertainment, music, or sports industries.
  • Proven ability to lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, from ideation to execution and analysis.
  • Strong relationships with influencers, creators, and talent agencies in the music industry.
  • Experience handling influencer agreements, contract management, and campaign budgets.
  • A passion for music, sports, and entertainment, with the ability to think creatively and strategically about influencer partnerships.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills; drive to take initiative, work independently and be accountable while also working as a team player by being collaborative, positive, and flexible.
