About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned marketing professional to join our team as a Vice President of Influencer Marketing. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing influencer marketing strategies that drive business results.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies that align with business objectives
  • Lead the end-to-end influencer procurement process, from influencer recommendations to negotiations and partnership management
  • Vet and utilize social tools and technologies to analyze paid social and influencer social analytics
  • Attend regular client meetings, representing the team and owning the agenda and recaps
  • Lead influencer strategy across accounts, developing strategic recommendations and selling in major culture-forward programming
  • Serve as a trusted voice and advisor to clients, providing strategic counsel and guidance
  • Manage collaborations and partnerships, proactively reporting on competitive brand and trends to clients
  • Strengthen relations with and bring relevant tastemakers, brand partners, and influencers into the fold of brands on a programmatic and ad hoc basis
  • Report on competitive brand and lifestyle trends to clients, demonstrating ability to be nimble and develop one-of-a-kind "ways in" for brands harnessing these trends
Requirements
  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with a focus on influencer marketing and consumer marketing
  • Solid foundation in public relations, traditional media, digital, and nuanced integrated campaigns
  • Proven ability to lead projects, communicate effectively, think strategically, and build of-the-moment and future-forward collaborations that transcend culture
  • Ability to "roll with it" and be nimble when there are changes to pathways and needs to counsel on pivots
  • Experience with tastemaker/influencer ID, negotiation, and activation management
  • Ability to counsel and provide ongoing strategic POVs
  • Ability to command a room and get stakeholder buy-in from multiple channels
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Ability to travel and be in person with clients in their office, at events, and activations
