Key Responsibilities:- Register guests and assign rooms, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
- Assist in pre-registration and blocking of rooms for reservations.
- Verify guest information and method of payment, following established credit checking procedures.
- Communicate room information to hotel personnel and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with the housekeeping department to ensure room status reports are up-to-date and coordinate requests for maintenance and repair work.
- Supervise access to safe deposit boxes and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- High School diploma or higher level education.
- 3 years of hotel front office experience, with a minimum of 1 year at the supervisory level.
