Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front Desk Supervisor to join our team at Four Points San Jose Airport. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising the front desk operations, ensuring exceptional guest service, and maintaining a high level of productivity and employee morale.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise the front desk team to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Register and assign rooms to guests, issue room keys, and transmit messages
  • Keep records of occupied rooms and guests' accounts, make and confirm reservations, and present statements to departing guests
  • Verify customers' credit, establish payment methods, and collect payments
  • Assist with training and development of front desk staff
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures
Requirements
  • High school graduate or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in a hotel front desk environment
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of hotel management systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
